About Ajah

Ajah is a shy but very affectionate girl. She enjoys playing with puppies and cuddles at nap time. Ajah is a bit of a jealous girl and doesn't play well with other adult females. Our poor little mama has had a rough first and only litter. She is seeking a calm lifestyle to retire to. She is a little shy at first but once she warms up she is very affectionate. Ajah needs a home that is willing to take the time to win her trust. She came to us attention-starved but has been quick to learn acceptable behaviors. This girl deserves a family that will love her through her learning curves and help her overcome her fears. We wish that she could stay here with us but she doesn't play well with other females and needs a home where she is the only dog. We don't recommend her for a child's pet as their playful and noisy lives will likely cause her anxiety. A good home for Ajah would be with someone who has lots of love, a quiet lifestyle, and a yard she can sunbathe in. Ajah is currently nursing her surviving puppy and won't be ready for her new home till after he is weaned.
